Our prenatal massage is specially designed to support you during this very special time. It helps relieve tension, enjoy the moment, and connect deeply with yourself and your baby.
The treatment is carried out on a massage table with oil, in adapted and safe positions: lying on your side or on your back, with the body comfortably supported by cushions that provide proper elevation and support. This ensures your comfort and wellbeing at all times.

Both techniques, based on acupressure, are performed on a futon, with comfortable clothing and no oils, facilitating the release of tension, improving circulation, and restoring harmony between body and mind.
Additionally, we can integrate the Japanese Seiki technique, a practice of bodily and energetic harmonisation in which the therapist accompanies with presence and sensitivity, allowing vital energy (ki) to flow naturally again.
